Danelle Perata is a seasoned attorney renowned for her exceptional legal expertise and unwavering dedication to the pursuit of justice. As a key member of the esteemed Lebovitz Law Group, she brings a wealth of experience and a passion for advocating on behalf of her clients.
With an impressive educational background, Danelle earned her Juris Doctor (J.D.) from The Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law, where she excelled academically and developed a real passion for helping people.
Mike Yohler
Managing Litigation Attorney
Lebovitz Law Group is proud to announce that Mike Yohler has joined the firm as its newest Litigation Attorney, bringing more than 25 years of courtroom, trial, and dispute-resolution experience to one of Phoenix’s most trusted personal injury law firms. A Phoenix native, Yohler earned his undergraduate degree from Arizona State University in 1993 and his Juris Doctor from the University of Denver in 1997. He began his legal career in criminal defense, gaining daily courtroom experience and trying numerous jury and bench trials. After several years, Yohler transitioned to civil litigation, where he spent nearly two decades practicing insurance defense, including 17 years with Farmers Insurance.
Barry Shalen

Barry came to Lebovitz Law Group in February 2020. He has 32 years of experience as an attorney, the last 30 of which were in the field of plaintiff’s personal injury. Barry has handled cases from intake through jury trial, including countless arbitrations and mediations. Barry began Southwestern University School of Law at age 36 and was an award winning (and the oldest) member of the school’s Moot Court Team.
