Mike Yohler

Lebovitz Law Group is proud to announce that Mike Yohler has joined the firm as its newest Litigation Attorney, bringing more than 25 years of courtroom, trial, and dispute-resolution experience to one of Phoenix’s most trusted personal injury law firms. A Phoenix native, Yohler earned his undergraduate degree from Arizona State University in 1993 and his Juris Doctor from the University of Denver in 1997. He began his legal career in criminal defense, gaining daily courtroom experience and trying numerous jury and bench trials. After several years, Yohler transitioned to civil litigation, where he spent nearly two decades practicing insurance defense, including 17 years with Farmers Insurance.
Over the course of his career, he has tried more than 30 jury trials and participated in hundreds of arbitrations and mediations, giving him deep insight into how cases are evaluated, defended, and resolved. “Mike’s experience is a tremendous asset to our clients and our litigation team,” said Danelle Perata, Managing Attorney at Lebovitz Law Group.
